To use Prosperity Bank CardControl, login in to the Prosperity Bank Mobile Banking App then select CardControl from the main menu to launch the CardControl App.
Enrollment in online banking and our mobile banking app is required to use the Prosperity Bank CardControl app. If you?re not already enrolled in online banking, simply go to prosperitybankusa.com and select Enroll from the Online Banking box.

Being able to shut down my card at a moments notice from an app is the most wonderful thing about banking now. I set parameters like region, country, state even the type of business that the charge is coming from. I can block any transaction without even knowing it occurred, and I get an instant alert saying that it was blocked it immediately. Highly recommended.

This app is NOT the app for card control that you want to use. And, unfortunately, Prosperity Bank has no other card control apps that you can use. It does let me know when my card is used, but if I want to get on the actual card app, it won't take me there because every time I put my card information in and with my address and my ZIP code, it says Card cannot be validated. Every time I use my card, it lets me know I use it, but it charges me a fee. Anywhere from $1-$6! Fix this!
