I've been searching so long for an app like this, I've been using Life sum but the meal prep is limited. What I love about this app: - the ability to generate meal plans based on custom macros, calories and selected foods/recipes only. - the ability plan & track in one place What needs to improve: - buggy UI while searching - very limited dataset, I have to add most products manually - give us the ability to add pictures to recipes/meals - differentiate between a product/ingredient and a recipe

It helps me eat better food that's healthier for me & also gets a grocery list together for me, so I'm able to know what to get for the meals they provide for me much easier!! It's made me more aware of the foods that I shouldn't eat and should stay away from as well as helping me maintain a healthy weight goal and helps me achieve that goal by providing me set meals that'll help me est smarter not harder! No matter what I did, no matter how I did my meals, no matter what I entered... It would include things I put that I don't eat and/or wouldn't generate the meal. Nothing like having a full meal plan full of foods you absolutely hate.

If you're a male trying to eat for muscle development (aka higher protein), or really just trying to eat a proper amount of protein in general, this app is useless. Couldn't even generate a meal plan with protein at 30% of my caloric intake. Don't waste your time.

Great meal prep with macros but kinda limited in food search. Also, no device connect like Garmin, Google, Samsung.

This app is incredibly frustrating for people without patience. When you try to create a meal or a recipe, entering the title of that item is difficult. The keyboard does not stay active the entire time you want to type a word, and it drops, discontinuing your typing experience. Adding a new meal or recipe can be difficult, as you have to go back and forth through several screens instead of just have a multi-select option to add ingredients into the meal / recipe. It's a complicated app.
