Haven't had the same issues as some of the other reviewers. The main problem for me to pair the phone with the hub. Once that's done rest of the thermostat pairing was easy. I truly out it to test this weekend when I was away and everything worked. It was a bit fiddly to understand what is meant by standby and auto temperatures. The only thing I wish for this is to have it heating and not heating manually and not by changing temperatures.

Beyond useless Set up an account and then refused to recognise the password. When I tried to reset the password it refused to recognise the email address. When I tried to make a new account it told me my email address is already linked to an account. Can't go forward and can't go back...

Buggy and unintuitive UI When setting temp holds on 2 rooms followed by another 4 rooms and then later cancelling all, only the original 2 rooms have the holds cancelled. Another issue is that sometimes buttons can't be touched. Going back and forth eventually allows touch. UI faux pars such as pressing back and asking to confirm. Just have a save button or don't confirm. The lag also makes it difficult to know if what you did worked. Not helpful when in a poor signal area.

Great when it works but not stable. Have 2 thermostats connected via neohub. Following latest app update, when thermostats switched back on after summer they wouldn't link to neohub. After lots of messing about by trial and error managed to figure out that only way to fix issue was to give the zones new discrete names that hadn't been registered on the account previously when linking them to the neohub.

An extremely bad app. It seems like the thermostat is not happy with the app and still tries to take control. This gives a bad review to the prowarm thermostat and product, prowarm would be better off removing the app all together. Alexa doesn't seem to know whats going on either. Waste of money buying this product, im sure there are many others on the market that would be far better and simpler to operate and control with reliability.
