I'm pretty happy with the app. My main complaint is that when you view your checking account, it doesn't show the check numbers for the items that have cleared. You have to click on each item to view the check image, so you can see which check it is.

Absolutely terrible, I'm in the military and stationed overseas. I get told anytime I try to set up the app and can't that I need to go to the local branch because and correct whatever information. It would take about a month for a new debit card to be sent to me. I'm glad I switched to navy federal at this point.

1-star rating until the Belle experience is fixed. Very slow to load, sometimes doesn't load at all, and on the payment screen, the "review" button covers the 0 on the on-screen keypad, meaning I can't send an amount of money with a 0 in it. I keep having to send people 11¢ extra... and I can't use the normal belle app bc provident locks you out
