Terrible. The app doesn't even launch from the app screen after you download it. I always go to the Google Play Store to launch it. I use a pixel 8 pro

This is a very terrible app, and provides web developers need to do better. This app has not opened at all since the moment I downloaded it at the bank on Friday. I told the banker, and she assured me it was my own network issues. Now I'm home, and it's still not opening. Without it, I can't even get access to my own money, and today is Saturday. If this is how it is, I don't think I want to keep on banking with Provides.

Provides is good but lately this soft token app is flopped. The old version works fine but recent downloads doesn't open. It says app isn't installed. Many are complaining same that I know. Pls work on this.
