Dear Customer Care. While the ProvidusPlus app previously had performance issues, recent updates have brought meaningful improvements and stability. That said, many users, including myself, still encounter problems with the main application. The soft token app appears to be stable and effective. I encourage the technical team to focus on resolving the issues with the main app. Regards

Terrible. The app doesn't even launch from the app screen after you download it. I always go to the Google Play Store to launch it. I use a pixel 8 pro

Provides is good but lately this soft token app is flopped. The old version works fine but recent downloads doesn't open. It says app isn't installed. Many are complaining same that I know. Pls work on this.
