Initially it's good initiative / interface to combine different levels of the issues in ISP network. Everything starts from low level of the OSI model, physical level. Would be good if Proximus+ application will get communication with this application. More instructions for regular users required. Everyone can report issues with network infrastructure of ISP in their neighborhood.
