Receiving emails on the Proximus phone app is usually a precursor to receiving them also on 2 PCs. This gives me a problem sometimes when I wish to save the emails RCD on Proximus, as I have to wait to move them into subfolders on the app until I've RCD them also on the PCs. So an option to COPY as well as MOVE between folders would be useful within the Proximus app.

Problems are not just specific to the app. Mostly the underlying service (ISP, mail hosting, also pix app) is really low-class. The amount of tech problems even when trying to access webmail is truly bad. A shame for an ISP, trying to picture itself as a big player. The time will come when I will get rid of their Proximus TV and ISP. I already got rid of their bad mobile phone services. I keep only their ISP and TV company pays. When I relocate then bye bye. Ex backbone NW engineer.

Its bare bones does what it needs to do, which is reading mails. Since the web app is unusable, I tried out the app. At least it's not blocking me, but it's still annoying to use. Scrolling down shows a loading bar, random boxes flying through the screen, mail previews are incorrect. Sadly I need to use it out of necessity - since support for Outlook and proximus accounts is lacking. Technical docs are deprecated.
