So far it's been a great app. You get a cash back for every transaction, transfer is easy and fast. With a little touch up here and there, it will sure be one of the best transfer app. And the customer service is great too, Kabir helped me sort out some things tonight and also explain about the universe reward coming up soon. Overall it's been great experiences. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Very poor service of late. The delivery time is disappointing. Never use it if you have an emergency. Also, virtually no customer service available.

In my own opinion, folks should stay away from this app. Initially, you get your transactions successfully but later your money gets stuck. It's been over 5 days, and I never got my money, but it says successfully on the app. Extremely poor customer service. Called but no one picked. Sent and email, and it took ages to get an irrelevant response. I hope this review protects someone

Doesn't accept debit cards, have to connect with your bank. Payment is delayed, takes ages to send. Payment is always on hold and lies that your bank is not accepting the payment. Overall, it hijacks your phone notification and vibrates at interval therefore draining your battery.
