With PS Workflow+, drivers can access all the information they need outside the cab. You can stay connected with your back-office team through two-way messaging and stay informed with job information, current duty status, and hours of service (HOS) timers.
With PS Workflow+, you can:

1. Review and Accept New Loads and Preplans
2. View Active Loads and Current Status
3. Send, Receive, and Search for Messages
4. Receive Notifications on New Jobs and Messages
5. View current Duty Status and Hours of Service (HOS) timers.

Your fleet must invite you to use PS Workflow+.

Before an update some months ago, everything was fine. But since whatever update happened (IDK which specific one), I have not been able to see messages that give me load information, or anything before that. It just becomes an endless blank wall no matter how much I scroll up. Please fix. Update: 9/22/25 This is still an issue.

When I receive a pre-plan I can see the details after I accept the pre-planned. I can no longer see the details. Please fix this.

Why does this app pick a random time zone when it updates my HOS times? I went to sleeper at 17:17 Central time. It says I went to sleeper at 19:17 with no time zone stated. This is ridiculous you all. There's no excuse whatsoever.

"Available Load" shows great details. Once you confirm load; No Details are visible on "Active load" for phone app... you have to refer to ELD tablet for active load details... Also: No recap info on duty clock display on phone app... only ELD tablet with PS Workflow+ shows recap hours.
