Recently, booked PTC sky bus, got 250 off on 1st booking. There are many offers available according to the routes and journey during Summers and winters etc. the bus was also very good. And with basic amenities they mentioned, proper cooling. Washroom wasn't that much clean still usable for emergency overall experience was good 354/500

They are unprofessional. Inki bus nahi chalni hoti hai, fir bhi ye different app pe booking le lete hai. Passengers ko last moment me cancellation ka bat ate hai. Buses achhi hai. Concept achha hai, but management zero hai. Passengers ki darshan se inko koi matlab nahi. Ye booking or refund ki bat karte hai. No trustable

It's very pathetic service, the bus stopped many times in the way to pickup unreserved passenger, upon asking the bus captain or conductor, he replies in very rude and arrogant way that he has to servive as well, and he picks up unreserved passengers to get some money for himself. He said that so bluntly and unscaled that it seemed to me that whole PTC SKY BUS management is involved in this. This is a high risk for the safety of passengers travelling as they are randomly picking anyone waiting

Worst Bus service ever, Never go for it. I had a terrible experience with this bus. I used to travel frequently by bus on UP & Bihar routes due to my profession but never experienced that. I had booked this bus from Patna to Delhi, but they deboarded us in Lucknow and driver said go and find the office in Lucknow, and they will give you bus for delhi. Since 6 in the morning we waited till 11pm outside thier office then their office get opened, and they shifted us in the bus at 12 PM.
