I was hesitant to write this review as I have only had a couple sessions, I survived a severe tbi and stroke as a result of a car accident 9 years ago I've dealt with jaw clenching and insomnia since but after the first sleep session it was a night and day difference I don't have any urge to clench my jaw and I slept great last night

I am totally STRESSED OUT! REFUND, REFUND, REFUND..... I've purchased this device and had nothing but stress out moments after signing up for a subscription that cost me $74.... the app doesn't recognize my order number and the online site doesn't recognize my subscription I've paid for....now the app is asking for me to purchase another subscription....WOW....customer service is a joke.... no help and a waste of time....BOTTOM LINE; I'VE BEEN ROBBED...REFUND...REFUND...REFUND...

Update 7/6/26 my phone got an update and now the Falsetto app doesn't recognize me and won't hook up to my device. I have been making huge progress lowering my stress levels but can't access it now. Help! App is stuck loading making this useless! I've been using it faithfully for almost 2 months.

How dare you take away basic features and put them behind a subscription. Falsetto has always had some simple sounds to listen to whilst using the device. Today that disappeared and is now a 'premium feature'. Users like myself now have access to less than we did the day we bought the device. It should be possible to purchase and use a device as intended for the lifespan of the device. How dare you take away something I have already paid for. Appalling service.
