I used to take a prescription sleep aid at night which work, but then I listen to these videos, and they were awesome and relaxed me, and I fell asleep a few minutes into it, I would rather do this every night then take a pill I recommend that you try it they have so many different subjects sometimes I listen to the one on the subject during the day, and it doesn't make me sleepy

Not worth the money. Doesn't work. If you cancel make sure to contact support. They will screw you over.

Got the app, didn't use it. Hit me for $46 without a heads-up a few days before the charge, and they now said they "can't refund it". Even Amazon warns you before a charge. Disappointing.
