I love the app and the pumps. I have the elvie pump. My only issue is that the timers freeze in the midst of every session, once I leave the session screen or leave the app. I have to restart the app to get the times to be active again.

The pumps themselves are great. The pump's connecting to the app, if you have an Android, are a little hit-&-miss. The biggest issue is they seem to not stay connected to the Bluetooth or don't connect for a bit. Sometimes you have to force stop/start the connection with the app by pausing & starting again. The only other issue is the pumped amount isn't always correct, but you can manually update it at the end of the session. These 2 issues aren't a reason to not get these pumps though.

Pretty good way to control the pump. Loses connectivity a lot. Sometimes doesn't show output, and I don't know why.

Constantly disconnects and sometimes won't connect. It's awful. I barely use it anymore. It severely needs an update. It's like elvie stopped trying. I heard the Apple app is better, but If you have android-don't bother downloading this. It's useless.

For how expensive this pump is I really expected the app to be better. It's very rudimentary and doesn't provide much. The pumping session screen regularly freezes if I leave the app, the pumps regularly disconnect even though I'm a foot away from my phone, the timer doesn't play a sound or notification outside the app when time is up, and the report of pumped milk is always off. The only benefit of the app is being able to preset the suction levels.
