To perform a test to measure the speed of impact and reaction, you must:
1. Take the phone vertically in your hand.
2. Select the round time.
3. Press the "Start" button.
4. On a sound signal, as soon as possible, to strike. The kick can be any: straight, lateral, uppercut. Strike blows until the end of the round signal sounds.
4. As a result of the test, you will learn:
- acceleration of your impact;
- speed of your impact;
- the time of a simple motor reaction;
- impact force (approximately);
- energy costs.
