Thist is a powerful app that should really improve your punching speed, power and reaction times! You set the length of time for workout "round". There will be a bleep approximately once every four seconds. You hold your phone in your hand and punch as fast and hard as you can as soon as you hear each bleep. The app records how fast and powerfully you punched, as well as how soon after the bleeps you reacted, and keeps track of your progress. I was however hoping for a more simple app that just counts how many punches (perhaps above a certain speed/acceleration) that I do in a round. It might ideally allow me to set a target, and bleep at that rate. All that would really be needed is the ability to set the number of bleeps, making them regular rather than random. You could call this second mode "Speed bag." And maybe this app almost does this already because in the progress report I think it did count how many punches I did. If this were displayed at the end of the round in the round report then maybe that would be enough.

SOME are not listening beep because when they hold phone for punch they hold the sound button also I have also problem of beep but now I change the holding of phone and beep works. What a great app. We can measure speed of any movement of speed.hatts off to you.

Hi testing 3 times my punch speed is 35 m/s 51 m/s and 42 m/s. That's impossible. What could be wrong to please? No. I mean that's too fast to be real. 35 m/s is over 78mph. Even pro boxers only manage 25mph
