The app works really well to schedule when the scent mist releases. I love the selection of scents, but have found my most favorite that makes my home smell like a spa (Studio McGee, Sea Salt Driftwood). So good!! I have 4 Pura devices now (bedroom, foyer, living room, and car). I am in love!!

Absolutely terrible app. Always have to stop it for it to function properly. Unnecessary for so many options and images all over the app. All I need to do is turn on turn off and set up a schedule. I don't need to be bombarded by constant marketing material.

The app keeps defaulting to the fragrance that I have swapped out several times, following the app steps. I deleted the diffuser and the app go restart, and it still keeps going back to old fragrance which is frustrating as I can't track the levels and choose different fragrances easily.

Large room won't ever work continuously. Can never keep it connected. Always drops off even though I am following all troubleshooting directions. Waiting for call from customer service

I like the app, but I can't create a schedule at all. Every time I hit the button for a schedule template or create my own, the buttons just do nothing. It's really frustrating. I restarted my phone, logged out, force quit ... nothing works.
