The app works fine dispensing fragrances. What I don't like is that every time I open the app, it prompts me to allow notifications which I blocked for a reason. I don't want them. It also prompts me to buy more fragrances which I find to be annoying. If want to buy more fragrances, I will. I don't need to be prompted every time I open the app. Nagging your users about allowing notifications and sending them unwanted ads is a great way to get them to stop using the product.

I really enjoy the Pura products themselves, especially the Pura Plus and the ability to switch fragrances throughout the day. The hardware has been great overall. The problem is the app. It seems like every update creates new issues. My Pura Car frequently stops recognizing scent cartridges after updates, and my Pura Plus often loses connection. Please focus more on stability and testing before releasing updates. The products are great, but the app can be very frustrating. Just slow down.

Absolute trash, trying to set up my defuser, followed the steps and every time it tells me that my diffuser is online and ready to use and when I go to change settings it tells me that the diffuser is offline I've been trying 20 times and every time it tells me it's ready to go it flashes green I'm online and then when I go check the settings it tells me I'm offline. Such a horrible product and I will be returning it

I reeeaaalllly wanted to love these, but it's been issue after issue. My car diffuser keeps flickering between fragrance not detected and fragrance detected (never actually diffusing)... I have to house diffusers and the fragrances are full, but reading empty. I wish I could just get a refund on everything and move on with my life. I'm so bummed.
