Love my Pura. The app makes it easy to check the status of my fragrance and lets me know when it's time to refill! So easy !

I love being able to control the hours and which scent is most comforting. I have 3 diffusers in our home and it is fabulous. I highly recommend the Pura diffusers. The fragrances are very lovely and such a broad array to choose from ! 5 🌟 STARS

Scents are very lovely. I also like how you can control it on the app and like if you're not home turn it off or on, I have been buying candles but this para seems to carry the cents more coverage and beautiful smells! Extremely happy!!

App functionality is lacking. I have three Pura devices, one of which I've had for nearly a year. Since the most recent update, I can no longer see my devices, so I can control them. I've tried to set up the devices again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I also agree with another recent review: Stop pushing me to enable notifications every single time I open the app. I get enough notifications, and I need to be able to manage our home through prioritization.

A Pura executive walks into the parking lot and finds his Honda Civic on four cinder blocks. Taped to the windshield: Front left tire: LOW Front right tire: LOW Rear tires: LOW Useful information, right? That's basically Pura Car. Fragrance remaining: HIGH, MED, or LOW. Meanwhile, the app tracks exact runtime to the minute. If you have enough data to estimate the level, give us an estimated percentage or hours remaining. HIGH/MED/LOW is unnecessarily useless.

The app works fine dispensing fragrances. What I don't like is that every time I open the app, it prompts me to allow notifications which I blocked for a reason. I don't want them. It also prompts me to buy more fragrances which I find to be annoying. If want to buy more fragrances, I will. I don't need to be prompted every time I open the app. Nagging your users about allowing notifications and sending them unwanted ads is a great way to get them to stop using the product.

Absolute trash, trying to set up my defuser, followed the steps and every time it tells me that my diffuser is online and ready to use and when I go to change settings it tells me that the diffuser is offline I've been trying 20 times and every time it tells me it's ready to go it flashes green I'm online and then when I go check the settings it tells me I'm offline. Such a horrible product and I will be returning it
