I've been using Puzzle Page since at least 2017. It's by far my favorite app. I subscribe to it, it's totally worth it. I love the variety of puzzles, daily puzzles, and that I can binge solve if I want to do just one kind.

Fixed an issue with the game removing credits & tokens using the in game help system. Back on track, so thanks to the Devs for helping out. Worth playing as there are so many puzzles to play in this game daily and none seem to repeat like on other puzzle games in the store. Would like more puzzle types though and maybe increase the loading speed of the game. Also, the ads can get annoying when they're forced on you and take ages to skip. I used the free ads for tokens forced don't give rewards.

I had this on my IPad, and loved it. But, after an OS update on my IPad it quit working. Despite writing to their support team, I haven't heard back from them, so I can't play it on my IPad anymore.

I like many of the puzzles, not all. During events, they try to cram the puzzles you do not like down your throat avoiding most of the puzzles you favor (no customization for favorites). In general, they handle ads better than most. Their tokens and how you get them is not great, if you miss a single day you get punished for a week. You can earn prizes, but you do not always get credit for your puzzles in the rewards area I had one specific puzzle left, I had to do 8 puzzles to get credit for 1.

Lost months worth of progress and customer service is being very unhelpful saying they can't restore any of it despite claiming to have a cloud system. They have stopped responding to my messages, essentially refusing to help or provide a refund.
