Not very good at all. You need premium to be able to access the daily challenges, most of the puzzles aren't really that structured or mind-boggling, please make harder and add daily challenges to free version

So played this everyday for a long time, today I went to get my daily fix and was gutted it wouldn't load, and I was left with a white page with nothing on it...tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but nothing, Nada, not working, please sort it I love doing the crossword and word search.

13.4.21 sent evidence of purchase and still not heard from these guys. Starting to get really annoyed.9.4.21 Already tried what you suggested as soon as made purchase. The option for the item I bought had just disappeared from the list. Good games but bought a crossword pack and cannot see it in the game. Do I have to be a subscriber to get a puzzle pack? And if so why doesn't the game say that. Please refund or make pack available. Would appreciate more menu options.
