I recently bought the "an extra coins" on their official store again and pay through transfer again. However when I already purchase it. The package is not available in the app and my money is gone, so can I have the package or a refund again

The reward to coins earned/spend ratio is way big. The coins u earn is like 700 at most bt spending is always 4 digits. Why? The heart gem collecting event, the per level collection is delusional, like 22k to clear a level for a reward of 700 coins. Like make, it make sense. That's just pure nonsense

For the past few weeks the game keep crashing and hang.it even popup server error and I lost so many coins and items due to server error. When error occurs the progress should be reset.it is common on other games where player won't lose anything.but why must player bare the cost of losing coins and item and time to play?I'm so disappointed. I hope the problem can be solve. I love Seventeen so much and that's the only reason I play this game

I get 10 gold coins for clearing one level, but it costs 900 gold coins to revive five moves. It's ridiculous!
