Fast!! But the print is small. First time for me but was very fast

Still need a pull down menu for meds. I have a long list, and it requires you to know the dosage, so a pull down menu of each unique patient would greatly help. Right now, you need to create a Word document with each of your meds, then do a copy/paste into Q-Anywhere which meds you need a refill.

Great app functionality and it's still being improved

★☆☆☆☆ Laura Perque · Jul 18, 2026

Absolutely useless to use!!!! Was excited to use you have my daughter's prescription refilled, received notification that it was ready for pickup. A couple of days later I went to pick up and the notification with my q number was gone, and there is no way to retrieve it so unless you write the number down when the notification comes you can't check in when you get to the pharmacy and have to get a whole new ticket and wait.

When I try to activate a new prescription to be picked up at the Langley satellite pharmacy. When I select a satellite pharmacy, the only choices I get are the same ones as for the main hospital.
