So far, it's a really cool app to use. I love the minute by minute rest breaks. There are a few issues that are being ironed out, but like anything new, it will have teething issues. People just need to give their feedback, be patient, and Q will sort the issues out. They are more than happy to take my feedback. So send yours through, too

0 stars if I could and I never leave reviews. App is nothing but rubbish. Constant freezing midapp making me then edit time and location then because of that I then have to go into the comment box. Having to enter password to sign out is just dumb. Location on phone is on yet doesn't pick up my location meaning I have to type location making me then type in the comment box. Recent update was pointless.

It shouldn't have any stars. Have been using app for while and have found it to be clunky and stuttering. Now I come in to begin shift enter my details up until it gets to the shift summary and there it stays. To to contact support, and it asks to log in but won't let me. Honestly, I will need to return to log book and paper. This is too unreliable and when there is a problem, no way to get support. If I had to wait for somebody to correct the issue it has been 5 hours already without response
