I love the ease of using your app. It's wonderful to just pull out my phone should I have a question. UPDATE: NOW 2023 and I love this app. It is just as easy to use as when I started using it.

Any time I go to Queensborough I'm greeted with friendly smiles and acknowledged by the staff. I love my bank. I've been a customer for many years. I recommend NBT to anyone looking for a new a bank. I'm happy to be a Queensborough customer.

I lock my bank card now I try to unlock it to pay my bills saying technical issues and this is everything other weeks this is the only bank I ever had that had these many problems. Also, how is this the only bank that doesn't have a 24/7 coustmer service care line we are supposed to access our money when needed.

★★☆☆☆ Sistree RE · Oct 20, 2024

It was good until this recent update now it seems that every weekend when we need it the app is not working.
