I lock my bank card now I try to unlock it to pay my bills saying technical issues and this is everything other weeks this is the only bank I ever had that had these many problems. Also, how is this the only bank that doesn't have a 24/7 coustmer service care line we are supposed to access our money when needed.

Samsung A21, No way to change password. App doesn't provide option for password change, or fingerprint security. No app settings option. Please help Thank you
