It has a Windows 98 vibe, the user interface looks like something ancient. In addition, the interface is not user-friendly at all. Whenever you open the app, it overrides or stops any music playing on the phone. It feels bloated and slow. QNB should invest in a new app, update its site instead of launching and promoting a new digital bank

My account refuse to open in any way, either it was ID/Password or fingerprint or even password reset, all got errors, and I was able to check my account before this stupid useless update that u force us to install it to use the app!! Poor App and service!
