Am I the only one trying this in 2025? Previously, I deactivated the account by calling the bank due to bank account eligibility restriction. Now I am a customer, but I am unable to register the wallet. I tried 1736 times and inquired 145 times, and finally, the bank replied, saying they are working on fixing the issue on the system. Meanwhile, I noticed a new update, hoping that everything going to be okay. But it's now officially stopped to register as a new user since 4 aug 2025.

The app isn't working. Also I am not receiving any funds in my account, overall app has many bugs also they don't support fingerprint login. We need to verify otp again and again. That's very annoying.

Worst experience. Trying to register. Reached ID verification, and some error came up. Now when logging in. Says Something went wrong. Reinstalled the app, still nothing. Not can't login anymore as it says exceeded attempts. I don't understand why you have to register, especially if you are an existing QNB customer. Such a big bank, and this is the kind of app they release. Will keep using Google Wallet

This application is full of bugs. When I compleing the registration process and after I add my Alias, I get an error message "Something went wrong"... Untried several times on different days and it does not work
