Once set up the app works fine, we used the Chelmsford car park which, when arriving the barrier raised, we parked and when we left the barrier raised and registered our parking time and automatically charged us. Very good, parking prices were a tad expensive though. One small grumble, we used to own an Alfa Romeo and the camera doesn't pick up the number plate which is on the front/left of the car. Worth bearing in mind, all you Alfa drivers.

Went to a one of these car parks the other day and the barrier lifted straight up (didn't need to stop), I parked up, and the app started a parking session straight away, a few hours went by, I got back into my car and made my way to the exit barrier, again the barrier lifted straight up and ended the session on the app and charged my card, very, very easy app to use.

Frustrating that you need to have selected a specific number plate as Default (when you have 2 saved in the app) for it to be recognized to enter a car park. Just recognize any number plate I've got saved!!!

It works. But the app is slow, parking zones are mostly invisible depending on your zoom level, the zones have pins that are placed where there are payment terminals, but they are really hard to find in the map. Also, the app cannot sync notifications properly, and many times one thinks that there is an ongoing session, whereas there are none. Usability sucks, otherwise gets the job done.
