As a parent, I have been really impressed with the QBounce Pro app. It has helped our son stay consistent with his basketball training at home. The drills are simple to follow but still challenging enough to build real skills. I love that it keeps him focused, active, and motivated without needing constant supervision. Nothing works. I even tried it on my Apple iPad and that app doesn't work either. It doesn't load any information.

"It's a Trap!" I only downloaded the app to stop payments to my credit card, which is not clear how to do when viewed on my device. The team are not helpful and after several emails, failed to cancel a subscription I never purchased and do not refund people. The terms and conditions of the service are not provided prior to purchase. The company do not inform customers that the "Free Trial" must be cancelled prior to ending, or they will continue to bill you.

Got this for my daughter. In the app all I get is a bouncing ball. From what I have seen the product would be helpful. Just frustrating that we can not access stuff on the app.
