The old app is too good because the new app after I came on vacation downloaded it, but I forgot my password. I tried to enter through the forget password and gave them my mail ID, but it's saying invalid account. And again I am trying to create a new account telling an existing account. So please look at this matter to resolve these issues. Otherwise service is well. Thanks

App is malfunctioning and not working properly. Problems logging in. If you log in, nothing works and will stop and close by itself. Despite previous complaints, the problem persists.

App is a hit-and-miss. One of the previous versions used to work but ultimately ruined after update and stayed unfunctional for months. . Here, it's extremely inconvenient to have to input treatment country, claim currency and payment currency with every claim, specially when you have kids. Even with that, upload of attachments doesn't always work. Only reliable method to submit claims is via website, and there it requires much more info that the app!

Why you had to update the App if previous was working good this app is not even login in. when I tried to log in it says your credential does not exist what if I try to sign up it says you are already registered

It looks not connected to DB!! My Username is not accepted (QID) despite it was working with the old version 01

the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
