Disappointed your service in indonesia.... a. order a van (should be a blind van like in move apps and also like lala move), but the one that came was a passenger car that "modified" as a van b.driver agree not to use highway (rather than follow me using highway), but in the end he gave me ticket for highway that 3x higher. c.pay extra person for helper, but the driver said: I'm the only one who helped you-> helper and driver. d. i couldn't track the driver during shipment.

Very bad experience with Move. The delivery service is extremely unreliable. Some delivery guys are rude and don’t know how to speak properly with customers. They say “5–10 minutes” or “10 minutes,” but sometimes they arrive after 1–2 hours. Customer support is also not helpful. Even when we stop an order because of these issues, they call, promise to solve the problem, and then nothing changes. No proper follow-up and no real solution. Because of repeated late deliveries, I have already lost

Really the worst situation while ordering and all drivers are delaying the orders of around 1 hour. Company also have no serious service. For a 20mins bike ride, I waited for 1 hour.
