Based on all the previous reviews, thought I am in for a treat, but was a bit disappointed because app was fine. Queue is kept when you exit app, and it updates progress frequently until it is your turn. Reflects physical queue as expected. Many problems can probably be explained by place itself because forming documents in Āgenskalns is an impossible task, queue is full 1 hour after opening (App does not show that unless you take place in queue), Čiekurkalns had around 30 min wait time.

App doesn't show that there are available PMLP bookings in November. It shows notification that everything is booked but scrolling allows to make a reservation.

On arrival the application displays that I am too early, but it was wrong - I was on time (couple mins before). The same message was displayed after appointment time. :(So I should take one another ticket to wait in live queue.

Overall good app, but doesn't have propper maintenance, family member cannot download it on Samsung S21, shows that his Android version is too high 😂 So now one of us has to wait 30 extra minutes to get blood work done since he can't use the app
