Notifications are obsolete. Did not supply the vacation times and account info to our closing agent which made for a scrambling of getting documents signed out of the closing state. Many complaints about notifications. Qualia needs to reconsider communication efforts

App demands camera use for ID pic, but won't allow it. What the .....!!?? App doesn't request permission! No pop-up asking for camera access. It just says "check camera", WHICH IS TOTALLY MEANINGLESS! Also refuses to let user manually grant that permission. When one attempts to manually add ANY permission in settings that operation is grayed out. And no pop-up is presented either as stated earlier. Making it so one can't take a picture. Demands real time camera picture, but coded to not allow!

Does not notify me of any messages sent from my escrow officer. I receive an email, and it will log into the browser and not the app.
