Description

Mit dieser App kann jeder Mitarbeiter während des Arbeitsprozesses die Qualitätsergebnisse (Qualitätsprozesskontrolle und Qualitätsendkontrolle) aufzeichnen. Diese umfassen Stückzahlen von Gutteilen und verschiedene Ausschlussanteile. Des Weiteren wird im Hintergrund auch die Arbeitszeit der Mitarbeiter erfasst, sowohl die benötigte Arbeitszeit für einzelne Arbeitsgänge als auch die Gesamtarbeitszeit pro Tag/pro Monat. Diese erhobenen Daten fließen in die Produktionssteuerung ein und ermöglichen es, den Fortschritt eines Auftrags zu verfolgen. Damit können in der Produktionsplanung bessere Prognosen zum Fertigstellungszeitpunkt von Aufträgen getroffen werden. Die erhobenen Arbeitszeiten können in die Lohnbuchhaltung einfließen. Außerdem wird der Leistungsgrad der Mitarbeiter für einzelne Tätigkeiten erfasst. Zusätzlich hat der Mitarbeiter für den aktuell durchgeführten Arbeitsgang Zugriff auf Prüfvorschriften und Arbeitsanweisungen, sodass deren Dokumentation am Arbeitsplatz entfällt. Der Administrator/Produktionsleiter hat somit die volle Kontrolle über den Fortschritt der momentan in der Produktion befindlichen Aufträge und kann jederzeit prognostizierte Liefertermine ablesen. Zudem liefern die Daten einen Überblick über die aktuelle Qualitätssituation.
