Your app has many bugs...your contact center is not efficient to resolve issues... feels waited my money coz not able to find the best way to fix issues facing... trying to exit algo...app does nth aft the dmat button...selling shares on own corrupted the app last time...will surely not recommend this product to anyone as I was positive abt it at first

Very complicated and even support staff is not being able to sort out the issue...l want refund my subscription amount of Rs 5999....

Always the app is showing under maintenance. The customer support is very awkward, no proper response, rude behavior, timely resolution etc. I had followed all the steps like uninstalling and reinstalling the Aerosmith app but still the issue persists. The support persons ask us to do all the things one can do the things which are under ones control that they need to understand. Even contacting the support is not that easy as many times my phone got unanswered after ivrs and call got picked up

I face many issues regarding bugs, errors etc., and I also share the evidence, but the support team says they do not face the same issue I don't quite understand time and again for each and every problem they say the same that is they don't face any issue when I face it. They are quick to rub of their hands Instead of working on the issue. Actually nothing can be worse than their support
