It can't be used out of Bangladesh, but the description says nothing. Who & where can use an app is an information every user have the right to know. Your description should clarify that. I think users are too forgiving & your review or ratings don't reflect the real standard of the app. That's actually damaging the standard of Quantum. An app without proper instructions and info on its description, certainly doesn't maintain a good standard. Sorry for 1 🌟. I'll change it when you'll change.
