This App is GREAT. Of course, it has my ID Card, who doesn't misplace their ID Card. But not their phone. Lol, the APP reminds me what Med. Coverage I have. Let me know what I spent on some of my health care need. Also, if have any issues. They will look into it and fix it if it needs to be. My 2 BEST THINGS I CAN FIND A NEW DOCTOR, IF I NEED TO. "Oops! Something went wrong. Try again" message that seems was brought to the developers' attention months ago still not fixed. The response always the same Thank you for your review we'll let the developing team know about this issue or something between those lines. I have uninstalled and installed several times same error. Attempted a different device same error. Update: App seems to be working again. Thank you.

An infuriating app...can't see the family's claims, can barely see the subscriber's claims. Each time I have asked the AI for assistance it basically tells me it can't and asks to connect me with a care coordinator. For what I have to pay in energy and water to keep this stupid AI active, it's some BS that it can't help me and needs to connect me to a person. So utterly useless...btw the "app settings" are biometrics and push notifications...what a joke

App Is great when it works. I'm no longer able to view my claims, deductible details, basic info. It says Oops, something went wrong. And to call the 800 number. This has been going on for almost a year.

The app use to work well, now when I click on it it says there is a new version to update it. I tried to update it, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice, it goes to the same page saying it needs to be updated. I just uninstalled it and won't be using it!!
