I was frustrated too until I found out that Quantum sent a notification where it explains that this 360wifi app will no longer be used. They are using the quantum app for everything 2 in 1 use for connections and bills. Not as advanced as it used to be, but they are implementing everything in the app. Rate than one instead. I hope this helps!

Useless. Was logged out and now cannot find my account. The pods stopped working, and I can't use the app to run diagnostics. Also, can't reach customer service either. Terrible internet company and absolutely terrible app.

Can't even log in. This app is junk, and I'm starting to think Quantum Fiber is junk because I've had to call customer service to troubleshoot my internet connection 3 times in 5 days. It wouldn't be so bad but the wait times were 50, 52 and 55 minutes respectively.

Error logging in all of a sudden. No way to report it. Can't get ahold of customer service. The quantum fiber app at least showed me what was connected.
