Such a great app even though Breezline has the worst service ever and don't get me started on calling there office in Columbus Ohio. There 1 gig plan is a joke we barely get 300mb download. And check there rating I think it's a 1 rating. God, how I want someone to buy breeze line and run it like a real cable and internet service. 1 last thing there Google android cable boxes are a piece of junk.

It's working fine on my Galaxy S 23 Ultra. I went with the setup option instead of trying to sign in. During the setup it sends a confirmation email to what ever email you put in. You click the link it sends you, and then it logs you in. It was actually really handy to be able to change my Wi-Fi name and password in the app. You don't have an account that uses your breeze line email with this app until you make one so do the setup first, and it'll make one for you. Hope this helps.

I have a Google Pixel 9 and when I open app, there is no setting gear or other setting menu. All I want to do is change my network password and add a guest password. Opening app only lets me do setup for pods and this does not work. After working with tech support through Messenger, I was able to get the app to work as expected. Apparently, my email did not match what was registered with the POD. This happened when my modem and pod was installed by Breeze line originally. Thanks, Jared!

"Unprecedented control" Yet you can't even restart your modem or change settings that are causing continuous disruptions of service. The app is a nothing burger.

I loved the app at first, because I could control anything that my children/grandchildren did on Wi-Fi, from usage, to parental controls, and bedtime schedules. They shortly after updated it, after updating the app, it all went downhill. I wouldn't even rate it one star now!!! They need to go back to how it was at the beginning. I believe to get it back to how it was, I need to pay more for it. Why should I have to do that when I'm a Breeze line customer already!!!

I downloaded the app but just uninstalled it. I couldn't log in because it said my email was invalid. And when I try to sign up it says my email already exist and is linked to an account. So overall a waste of time. And I have a pod I can't even activate.
