Excellent Wi-Fi extension service! To get the code the first time just click on "forgot password", the app will redirect to the main My Sunrise website (you log in there with your regular account) then you receive the code by email. The installation was also simple: one pod connects to the módem (with cable) and the other just plug into the wall socket where you want to improve the coverage.

Awful experience! Outdated app and UI. Every time it requires you to generate one-time password, which redirects you to a login page on Sunrise website. But somehow that login page doesn't have password autofill option and when you finally manage to write your username and password, it redirects you to the initial page where you see loading icon forever. Worst app that I experienced ever!

Terrible. I logged in several times with right credentials and 2FA code. Always an "account not found" error. I am a software engineer, and I really feel sorry for the ones that released such a bad app. Guys, we're in 2026, it is not difficult to nail authentication. Literally 90% of the reviews are about authentication. Zero QA in your pipeline and zero care about the product.
