Great customer service at a fair price! The sign-up and installation process with Quantum Fiber was seamless—no pushy sales pitches, a great rate, and a nice $5 autopay discount. The tech who came out was fast, polite, and professional. Only issue is that three of my devices occasionally get booted offline, & troubleshooting hasn't fixed it yet. The customer support chat rep from website I just chat with was incredibly helpful and didn't try to upsell me. For the price and good CS, I'll stay!

My service was working perfectly fine until I got an outage. Every time I called, they told me "the next day" or at "xyz times" but nothing had been fixed. I stayed without Internet for up to two weeks until I decided to switch to another fiber company. What's worse is that even tho I wasn't getting any service, they still were taking money from me.

Terrible app. The support section is completely broken, searching for a topic returns a 404. No options at all for modifying your network, such as improving security. Multi-billion dollar company and they can't provide even the simplest of features.

Since CenturyLink became Quantum (AT&T), the price increased, it took almost a month to get working Internet at home due to installation failures/poor support, my modem sometimes stops working (the network still shows but nothing can connect to it), and the app is garbage. It doesn't show accurate information about the network (will say it's online when actually off) and doesn't actually run any useful diagnostics or restart the modem when prompted (though it will say it did so successfully).
