I used to absolutely LOVE this game! But they recently removed the daily puzzle feature and unfortunately, partially due to the pay to play nature of the non-daily puzzles, the game now pales in comparison.

(edited after reply) When writing clues, don't have one clue directly solve another. "Chris left on June 11th" turns "June 11th is either Allen or the guy who left Sheffield" into a double declarative ("Chris is the guy who left Sheffield on June 11th") without even figuring things out from the grid. I think you misunderstood my complaint, which isn't that your clues are too hard or conflicting, just that they play out as "Bob is either X or Y." "Bob is Y." which is poor design (why have that first clue?). (I didn't look closely enough to see how many free puzzles there were. I withdraw that objection, and appreciate lack of ads/nagware. Would still like to be able to play earlier-this-week puzzles, or "previous three days.")
