I used quickfire in beta, when it first appeared, it is on par with much more expensive software, though pro charges have increased, it is still valued. I run an LTD company and pay much less in both accountancy and bookkeeping than most. THE App doesn't provide full online browser experience, I use mainly to upload receipts, hence 4 star. I am I small business but would highly recommend QF for any small business. MY Turnover is just below VAT registration and my accountancy fees are below £400pa

Not very user intuitive. Defaults at 30 day terms for new clients without the ability to change. Can't take client details from a contact so have to manually enter each. Doesn't integrate with Autoentry and the inbuilt receipt capture doesn't link with existing payments. Invoices are much simpler than on the web browser without the ability to change. I only use the app for receipt capture now which it doesn't do particularly well. Love quickfire. The app could do with some development tho.

So first thing I did was take a photo of a receipt and entered it into Quickfire. Marvelous. Then it sticks, in big red letters the word "OUTSTANDING" on the receipt. There's no explanation why, no way to delete the receipt and no way to tell the thing it's not outstanding, it's a receipt meaning its paid. Very, very annoying. This must happen to a lot of first time users. The instructions on the website bear no resemblance to the app, so I'm immediately stuck and feel like deleting it.

Setting up small businesses to fail. MTD is now required but Quickfire makes it next to impossible to submit. You need another Quickfire Affinity Account which you pay a daily fee for which was conveniently not disclosed, set up an Agent Services Account and then you can submit. But you have to be approved first. There is no way to contact customer services. You have to ask the community and hope to get an answer in a few days and only if your question is unique. Absolutely avoid this scam!
