★★★★★ Just used the app to place an order and although it took a while to get delivered, which was the seller's fault, I got my items, all in a great brand new condition. The updates that are usually given lack some info to alleviate worries for the users and the customer service (call their customer service instead of mailing them, much more reliable experience) leaves a lot to be desired but otherwise, it's a great idea from Interswitch. I'll definitely be using them again.

I wonder how such an App was rolled out with being tested first. Am so ashamed of the creators and disappointed. Please something should be done immediately.
