I updated my app, and now it's not working anymore... That's not an issue I believe you'll resolve it soon... Thanks as your service is one of the best. Thanks But the interface of the machine isn't OK at all... The machine can't check balance of customers. The machine doesn't provide good interface with icon to ease the task. How I wish you can improve the design and make it more friendly... I wish to have more of your machine.

1. The pay bill is always say NO ITEM FOUND meaning is empty if check on cable TV, utilities, or other bills is always saying no item found 2. I can not print slip 3. The e-pin Airtime is not printing pin rather is sending via SMS on sell airtime 4. Annoying of all is too much popping up of KYC on the screen disturbing my business

The app is frustrating, I just installed the app on my, and I'm applying to become an agent, but I was unable to upload my ID documents and passport photo, it always says "upload error" and I didn't upload beyond the size of the images to be uploaded...I dislike this as it was my first time using the app

The processes of filling the form is too Draconian & unfriendly. Despite having all documents I'm always denied submission hence I had to hands-up totally. I've known and be using quick teller for years without issue. Waypoint is a turn-off, app buggy 😞

This App is performing far below expectations. Sometimes I wonder if this is from the almighty Inters witch (Quick teller), poor, poor, poor services and outrageous charges..... I always back each transaction on the terminal with prayer and supplication to avoid disappointing my customers. Not nice at all!
