Easy to use 2in1 services (mtn+airtel), you can even use it without a registered sim card and money is kept in app, so no one can steal your money even he/she has your registered sim card, faster even no data on sim card(airtel), but I recommend them to update, so we can use it without data even on Monday sim card/network

It is a very interesting app, and I recommend it to the public for performing Mobile Money Transactions. I have liked Bills payments since a lot of Commission is earned there. I request that Commission for Airtime sale of Shs 1,000 be increased from the 29.6 to 39.6. Another sweetest part of the app is that I don't have to be run around looking for separate Floats for MTN, Airtel, and Lyca Mobile since the same Float serves them all. This is great and It saves our valuable time.

The app is good but the issue is float topup which is highly charged except for equity bank deposits, at least if they can introduce free stanbic bank deposits it would make work easier for us because equity is always in urban areas. And also introduce free float sharing from MTN or airtel money service I recommend this to make our life easy

The app was good at first, but after updating it, I no longer get responses from the customer service, I deposited money yesterday on the Centenary account for float topup, but they haven't topped up my account all the customers lines aren't going through, the chat is being replied by an automated message not corresponding to the questions being asked, my business is stuck because of the float they have failed to topup

Am here to complain about your services, I did a payment of national water 3 times and showed failed, but money was deducted from my account and did not send a message of deduction, when I chatted them, they said the transaction was successful but remember I had asked them the reversal to my account coz I had given back the money to the customer already, I complained since 15 march but didn't get help, today my customer came back claiming national water reversed the money but chap took it back.
