A very adequate and space and time efficient app. But it has some functional difficulties relative to network and maintenance. Moreso, customer and agent services are very poor if not lacking. Increase in interest rate and adequate and constant after sales services between proxies and agents can have a positive impact on the work of angents on the field and the satisfaction of customers. If the app can work offline it will be great.
