I don't know much about tuning cars! I had tried in the past to do it myself but never understood all the synergies between the different options. These app makes it easy - no need to understand fully the concept. Plug in the numbers and apply the parameters. As far as results are concerned, no amount of tuning is going to make a difficult car easy to drive - there are just some cars that will always require very good driving skills to master. I was not expecting miracles! But on the dozen or so car that I tuned using the app, I did notice some improvement on the behavior - some larger than others. You can correct some under- or overseer for example. Not make it disappear completely but make the car more drivable. Testing on a specific track before and after yielded improvements between 1 and 6 seconds. Pretty impressive!

This is a great way to get a good base tune for your car. Tweak a few things to your liking, and you're good to go. I'm just waiting for the #92 Porsche RSR tunes to be available.

Very helpful app for tuning cars in Fora 7

It's decent for some cars and so horribly inaccurate for others. For example, I tried this app with the 2011 #62 Ferrari 458 italia GTC, and the tune it gave couldn't make it through spa gp without spinning out a half dozen times. Go into the app and fine tune for under steer, and it gives me settings that promote overseer so heavily that it starts spinning out all over. Edit: Checked after the update, driving with no assists and sim steering-mid and rear engine cars have the suspension backward

Tunes really don't help. Most cars end up being to lose and unstable for a steering wheel. Read a few tuning guides and save your money.
