This app is a great motivation. Our mind will compel us to go beyond set target. That is actually great. Abstaining from some bad habit, even for a few days is very inspiring and a confidence booster. Eventually our brain will be re-wired, to an extent such that we can live without that particular addiction. It will take some time, So give it a try. Will be thankful to ourselves that we at least gave a try.

The marketing of this app is deceptive. According to Grok, this is a free app. But once you provide all your input and data, ONLY THEN do you find out, that you only get 7 free days. After those 7 days you must pay. I call this deceptive marketing strategies, and it makes me angry.

The user experience was amazing for 7 years. Then, a recent update changed the way you reset and now everything takes multiple fiddly steps. A great case study of a UX failure

With the new update the developer literally locked up the personal data, and you cannot take it on your own hands it forces you to buy premium package, this is not helpful at all
