BOOK A RIDE
• Set your pickup from your current location, by moving the pin on the map, or by searching for an address.
• Choose your drop point and see a fare estimate with a fare breakup before you confirm.
• Pick the vehicle type available in your area: Bike or Auto.
• Save the places you travel to often for quicker booking.
• Apply an available coupon while booking.
DURING YOUR RIDE
• See your Saradhi's name, photo and vehicle number, and track them on the map as they come to you.
• Your Ride PIN: tell it to your Saradhi only after you have checked the vehicle number and photo. The trip starts only after the Saradhi enters the PIN.
• Chat with your Saradhi in the app, or call through a masked number, so your phone number is not shown to them.
• Share a live trip link with family or friends.
• If the trip moves away from the expected route, the app shows you an alert and lets you view it on the map or contact support.
SAFETY
• SOS during a ride alerts the QukBuk safety team with your location and ride details, and gives you a one-tap call to 112.
• Add trusted contacts. Each contact is confirmed with a code, and when you raise an SOS they get an SMS with a link to your live location.
• Report a safety concern about a ride from the app.
PAYMENTS
• Pay by cash, by scanning the UPI QR code generated for your ride, or online through Razorpay.
• Save a UPI ID as a payment method.
• Get a receipt with the full fare breakup after every ride.
• Request a refund for a ride from the app.
HELP AND ACCOUNT
• Raise and follow support tickets, report a lost item, and rate your ride.
• Use the app in English, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil or Kannada.
• Sign in with your Indian mobile number and a one-time password (OTP).
• Delete your account at any time from Account > Privacy & Data > Danger Zone > Delete Account in the app, or at https://qukbuk.com/account/delete.
