Is there a way to change the time stamp color when exporting a video? The time stamp color can be changed on a playback, but I don't see a way to change the time stamp color when exporting video. If you are exporting a video you can't see the time stamp if the sky is in the background of the video export.

This app works well. It is faster if you do not have to go through my qnap cloud. The amount of data is the problem. If I go through my qnap cloud and view 6 cameras it can't keep up. If I go directly through my router with static IP it can keep up. I have 4K cameras and viewing 6 uses a data stream of 6mb. That is why people are having problems. If you look at the resource monitor in QTS you can see how much your upload stream goes up when viewing various amounts of cameras on your phone. Considering the demands, the app is very good. I almost never give 5 stars, so I give 4 stars, but this app is very good. Remember, if you use myqnapcloud all that data has to go in and out from their server before going to the telco.

Great app, keep up the good work! :-) works well with QVR Pro installed on my TS877. I've recently used mobile, disconnect and tiny cam and this app is my favorite. I still use tiny cam to cast to my tv. My experience with remote / external monitoring has been very positive. The playback function is leagues more user-friendly than some of the alternatives ive tried.

App fails to connect after an update a while back. Other QNAP apps will still connect with no problems, and the QVR Pro desktop app for windows will connect also. Clearly this Android app is broken.

The May update broke something. The app is now completely unusable for live video playback, it lags almost a minute behind. The previous version was at most about 10 second last under the worst conditions. Please fix.

Stopped working after working perfectly for nearly 1 year. Adds the NAS fine, cannot View individual cameras or playback. Log out, cannot log in again to the added NAS.
