Big difference right now I changed the rate from 1 to 5 you deserved it there is q promo codes between time and time and its great they have a good customer service some suggestions prices offers for long distances or any changes to be more handy thanke and keep going

Brakes didn't work, and I had an accident literally the worst app to use, and an Ai is one that talks to me in costumer service, I was really hurt, and I wasn't going in full speed or anything, and I hit a car which broke the lamps, and I had a dislocated shoulder thanks to the scooter

The products are rot and not delivered with a good quality as well as there is no real customer service to respond to complaints, I'll not buy anything from it again. I bought two boxes of eggs and both are rot and not able to be eaten already, fake promotion to sell us bad products.

Worst customer service ever, doesn't even respond, and mostly all scooters are greatly damaged but the most important thing that when the lock is broken, it takes from your time to try and fix it and lock it to the scooter eating up all your money, don't recommend it and use Uber scooters much easier and cheaper.
