So far I did the signup process : 1. Confirmation email does not work with Firefox. 2. Password manager does not work when creating password. 3. Date has to be entered in US style (m/d/yy)... 4. Sms code can't be pasted 5. After switching to messages app, I had to redo the whole ID process! 6. Way to many terms to accept. Too much to read during a sing up process. I can't find them during confirmation period. Edit: after signup it's mich better. I miss: one-time-use CC, multiple cash accounts

I wasn't a fan in the beginning since they had very high foreign FX markup and had high fees, now with the new fee revisions they have surpassed even neon, and I recommend this bank to everyone!

Well... update didn't work. Suddenly I could not access my account. It happened to be 7pm, and they are open till 5, so nobody to call, till next day + another 24h till a transfer is made. Reinstalled app, and then it went through some security where they are supposed to send me SMS to confirm my phone. Fair enough. But the SMS never came. There is no backup access to your funds if this app fails - a sure way to ruin your week and keep you stranded for a few days without money....

Trying to open an account, the passport scanning feature isn't working at all: It doesn't control the lighting of the camera, so no matter what light conditions I have around it thinks it's too bright... Obviously I can't use it at all now, but it also makes me wonder if I should trust this app with any money. What if I can't access it afterward? *Edit*: the customer service told me that they looked at it, and I need a more stable internet connection 🤯🤯🤯... Unacceptable answer...
