FIXED - and QUICKLY - Well done. (App has stopped working this week. I have a subscription for the paper copy of RT and use the app as well. Been OK so far. This week, the app now demands payment to show me next issue. Have cleared cache, cleared storage, reinstalled app, refreshed subscriber number. Still won't work.)

As others have posted, as a print subscriber, I have lost access to the digital print version. This happened after the Direct Debit collector was changed on Oct 17th, and again when my subscription was renewed. Issue raised directly with Immediate Media who suggested Zinio - despite following their instructions, I was unable to gain access in Zinio and despite being logged in to the RT website and my subscription number in the Other Subscriptions tab, can't open any issue in RT magazine app.

Complete rubbish This was pushed by e-mails from my radio times subscription and will not let me sign in.

The app just wouldn't work for me. Entering my subscription number and tapping Redeem just took the page back to the previous one.
